Plain white inner sleeve, no insert. Instead this release comes with a copy of the standard 20-page CD inlay booklet.The sleeve states the track "Don't Be A Fool Billy" occupies track position A7. Upon listening to the record, it is actually found in position B1. The correct track positions have been used for this entry.
