SUNNY DAY REAL ESTATE - song #8 / song #9 7" pressed IN 1993 on ONE DAY I STOPPED BREATHING records #2. The record looks to be in MINT- to MINT shape and the sleeve looks to be in MINT shape. The inserts are in MINT shape as well as the booklet. This record is commonly known as THIEF, STEAL ME A PEACH.

I am selling all of my personal record collection with hopes I can take all the money and put it towards a down payment on a house. The cost of living in Seattle is through the roof. I never owned a record store, just been a collector for over 25 years. Probably the longest I have held onto anything in my life. So it is time for someone else to have these records. All the records have been stored up right and NOT laid flat. They have all been well taken care for.

The shipping INCLUDES the cardboard mailer, handling and my time so they are what they are. I will ship anything inside the USA by using the United States Postal Service. I will ship anything outside the USA by using the United States Post Office. Delivery confirmation or signature confirmation will be used for all transactions. It protects me and you. I will combine shipping for multiple ebay auctions won, email me 1st for a shipping rate before sending any money. I use real record shipping mailers. You will NOT get a cut up pizza box.
