Sunny Day Real Estate “Diary” LP on Sub Pop.  I bought this new when it came out and it has been played only a handful of times and stored carefully.
Cover grade: EX+ very nice Vinyl grade: EX very nice Vinyl color:  black (does not appear translucent brown when held up to light as some have claimed their copies do)  Insert: comes with two sided illustrated insert as well as Sub Pop promo insert as shown

My conservative grading scale:

M/NM/EX/VG/G
