LP is VG+++ condition, some occasional sound (mostly at the start of the LP), but overall LP is quiet, plays and sounds great. Sleeve has splits at top and bottom (halfway across at top, with tear, and all the way across bottom); some bending and corner wear, and someone wrote an incorrect track listing on the back. Still, all things considered, it's a pretty nice cover.
