This record is in excellent shape - purchased new and only played once. Includes insert sheet.

Record has two very minor areas of surface scuffs not affecting play.
Sleeve has a crease on the front near the bottom right - please see picture. There is also a very minor crease on the back, and a small crease on the spine.
