Original blue/silver label Columbia pressing from 1962, with the Philharmonia Orchestra, conducted by Otto Klemperer, performing Richard Strauss' Death and Transfiguration and Metamorphosen.
CONDITION:
SLEEVES - EXCELLENT - Faint corner wear only. Very clean sleeve with no discolouration on rear.
VINYL - VERY GOOD+ - Play tested on both sides. Generally clean surfaces, apart from occasional crackle noticeable in quieter opening passages. A few light ticks in opening passage on side 1.
Further detailed information on surface quality or pressing details (e.g.matrix numbers) is available on request. We do not clean or otherwise alter any item prior to auditioning or sale.
All items will be securely dispatched in a new hard 12" mailer with stiffener, with inner and outer sleeves separated, and will include a 12" polythene record sleeve. All items are handled with the greatest of care prior to dispatch.
