Description
Every Tuesday night (European time) I will offer old punky records. My name is ‘punky_music’
Attention: the cover is a photocopy, but the vinyl is the original first pressing. A very melodic and extremely fresh sounding Mod / Powerpop / Punk cocktail which plays in the same league as the LETTERS (Nobody Loves Me) PYLONS (Marvel World) SEVENTEEN (Don't Let Go) and MODERNS (The Year Of Today)....but it's still a non-expensive record. The A-sider ‘Show Her You Care’ appears on the POWERPEARLS #2 sampler and includes all the elements you could hope for and more. This track creeps into your skin like a drug and totally wins your heart and mind. Original first vinyl pressing, released on ‘Real’ records in 1978 (catalogue number ARE 2) and label mates include JOHNNY THUNDERS and the PRETENDERS. The flip is entitled ‘You’re On Your Own’. Their first and best of two 7“ releases was produced by the famous John Leckie, who also produced the likes of the ADVERTS, SKIDS, XTC, and MAGAZINE. Superb record.

Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
Payment / Bezahlung: via PayPal. All orders which exceed a value of €20 or £15 or $22 will only be sent by registered mail. This requires the buyer to pay an additional of €2,50 or £2 or $2.70. All winners from Italy must pay for registered mail. Deutsche bitte per Banküberweisung.
