(Killer early ska vocal from Treasure Isle Studios delivered in soul-stirring styleee by Patriot Stranger Cole...ska as fresh as ska can be...with some great harmonica sounds supposed to be delivered by either Roy Richards or Charlie Organaire (I suppose it's the latter)...anyway...originally pre-released in JA on an ultra-rare and quite impossible to find Dutchess-label this comes as original UK press on the beautiful styled R&B-imprint...original press from 1964...pop-a-top uplifting sounds...as I&I'd say...watch out...and watch out for my other reggae-items...soundfile on request...just send in your email-address!!!)

(Another great vocal by the man Stranger with backings by Tommy McCook...wise words on a jumping beat...who can resist? As wise man Stranger says: This race is not for the swift!...So if you need some stamina for your long run...just listen to ska music...the one and only panacea for all seasons (this is not a medical advice and I can't take any responsibility for self-medication (but nevertheless...in case somebody'd ask...would not hesitate to advise "highly dosed"!...take care!))

WAX'N'SOUND: vg+/vg, both sides show some wear, some surface marks and light surface scratches, some dust/dirt on B-side, plays really fine on both sides w/ excellent punch + full, transparent sound, there's some occasional light crackle and a bit of surface noise to be expected, slightly more on the B-side!
LABEL: shows general wear, small writings/markings to A-side only, NO damages - watch the scan, please!

Something 'bout Sound + Vision: We shouldn't rely on visual appearance alone (as pretty looks isn’t all as they say) - therefore these records are graded after their visual appearance and their sound quality! I personally prefer a record with crackling but strong sound + punch to one playing clean but with surface noise from the pressing (as we find with re-pressed discs - too - often).
Grading records is a very subjective thing but I try hard to be objective as a human being can be (yes indeed, this seller is a human being). THIS IS MY VINYL GRADING SCALE: EX (= really great - EX means "excellent", really...) VG (= nice, if you don't have an excellent one - by the way: VG means "very good"...) G (= playable, but you might find a better one - G means "good", but this term may be a bit euphemistic to reggae-vinyl-novices. Be realistic: a record graded G doesn't jump nor stick, but that's the best I can say about it...) P (= just a collection-filler for the hard-edged + hardest-boiled collectors + selectors + all the rudegals out there - P stands for "poor", yunno...)
