STOCKINGTOPS Don't Wanna Be Kicked CBS DEMO JOHN PAUL JONES Led Zeppelin
The Stockingtops, I Don't Ever Wanna Be Kicked By You b/w The World We Live In's A Lonely Place.
Scarce early entrant in the John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin) catalogue, as arranger and conductor.1968 UK CBS Records DEMO 7" housed in plain sleeve, CBS 3407.
Labels are clean and undefaced bar a stamped date "11 APR 1968" to A side.
Visually vinyl a fairly solid VG. Surfaces are still glossy, although a few scuff marks are visible. One of these can just about be felt.
Playback is actually very much cleaner than surfaces would suggest. There are just one or two very quiet ticks at the beginning of both sides, else this plays very cleanly throughout. No underlying background noise or loud or consecutive ticks.
