STEVIE WRIGHT’S EVIE
Collectable Near-Mint Condition Australian Rock Single
Stevie Wright was previously the lead singer of The Easybeats. After The Easybeats disbanded in 1969,
Wright fronted numerous groups including Stevie Wright Band and Stevie Wright & the Allstars.
The highlight of his solo career was this 1974 single, "Evie: Parts 1, 2 & 3”,
written and produced by Harry Vanda and George Young.
Catalogue No. AP-10468. Released in 1974 by EMI Records (Albert Productions).
Side A: “EVIE Part 1”
Side B: “EVIE Part 2” and “EVIE Part 3”.
This copy is still in the original red EMI paper sleeve, which is in excellent condition (see photo).
The vinyl has absolutely no marks or scratches. There are no spindle marks as the record has been seldom played.
A great single from a great Australian artist – a must for any Australian Rock collection.
