Description
Steve Miller Band “Sailor” LP original UK Capitol/EMI 1968 with the “rainbow edge” Capitol labels, in brilliant condition! There are no scratches, hair lines, or any marks at all on the vinyl other than the lightest non-sounding signs that the record has been in and out of the original paper inner sleeve a few times, and I hesitate to call these scuffs, but I suppose they technically are. The labels have obly a couple of spindle traces, and are in excellent condition. Overall, the record is at least EX++. The sleeve is the original G&L flipback style with laminated front, and is also superb! It shows no wear, marks or writing, is perfectly flat and is as glossy as the day it was made! Its so glossy I couldn’t avoid the reflections on the photo! It appears almost new. There is some minor creasing around the edges and top right corner, but no scuffing front or back and no wear to the edges or corners! It’s a brilliant sleeve! Easily grades EX if not higher. Overall a pretty rare early copy with all the early features and must be worth £25.00 in this top condition! One owner! Check out the other Steve Miller LPs I’m selling! Please read the shipping cost info below. Check my feedback, most buyers say the LPs are better than described! I have been collecting, buying and selling records for almost 40 years, and I know what to look for most of the time! I have also worked as a record producer and I know the difference between mixing, mastering and pressing, a series of subjects of which most sellers know so little, so they make it up! I DO know what I’m listening for, too, and I try to play all records I sell to check them. If you would like any more info on a record, please ask. Check my other auctions and feedback. I try to be accurate with my grading, and most people say the LPs are better than described. If I get it wrong, a refund is available, minus postage costs. You can’t go wrong. I ship worldwide, and at as near to cost as possible. I use professional packing materials, from recycled supplies, and refund any over payment in shipping if it happens. Shipping costs guide, per.
