- Black rainbow label without "Subsidiary" rim text. Third label variation.
- "BEATLES!" in brown print on cover
- "Produced by George Martin" on back cover (lower left corner)
- "2" stamped on back cover (lower right corner) denoting an Imperial Paper Box Corp. sleeve
- No Gold Record Award logo on front cover. - A Capitol records selected catalog and advertisement inner sleeve - ID number PE 12-2ES (lower-right on back).
- BMI credit for "I Want To Hold Your Hand", "I Saw Her Standing There" and "I Wanna Be Your Man" - all other songs are credited to ASCAP.
- Record is M- (visual and play). Light ticks between some tracks.
- Cover is VG++ to M- with light open edge corner wear and stains on back along open edge.
- Includes original CAPITOL inner sleeve for this release.
