Matrix / Runout:
(Etched Runout Groove, Side A): T1 ABCD 808-A RE2-1 Az
(Etched Runout Groove, Side B): T1 ABCD 808-B RE2-2 Az D 5

-VINYL (PLAY TESTED):  flat / a little surface noise, mostly on the outer rim and dead wax / some scuffs and a few faint, light scratches / name written on label on one side / there were a couple of pops in side one/track one that wanted to make the needle jump a groove on my highly sensitive rig, but I adjusted them out

-COVER:  mild-moderate wear / name written on front / no other significant flaws
INNER SLEEVE:  tan with age / some wrinkles / small tears around the die-cut center hole / no splits
