This is a very rare STOCK copy of the SPECTRES original release of HURDY GURDY MAN released on PICCADILLY Cat No : 7N 35352 This item is so much rarer than the Advance PROMO copy as allegedly only about 350 were recorded as sold. So the single dissapeared almost instantly !!
As you know the group went on to become the all conquering STATUS QUO making this a highly collectable item and much sought after !
The item is virtually in mint condition and plays perfectly. I dare not grade it as mint due to its age so lets say EXCELLENT.
This item has been with me for over 30 years now being a QUO fan and collector since the early 70's. So you have no worries about this being an absolute genuine item ! It came from a radio record Library and the centre piece A side shows a faint library stamp.
Now age 51 I have other things are more important in my life than QUO collecting. Hence the sale of this and a couple of other items.
