On offer here is a VERY rare single (especially in this condition!!!!) called "Pictures Of Matchstick Men" by Status Quo and is an Italian 1st pressing from 1968!!!! The B side is called 'Ice In The Sun'. THIS IS AN INCREDIBLY RARE SINGLE!!!! THIS IS THE RARE ITALIAN PRESSING WITH A STUNNING PSYCH PICTURE SLEEVE!!!! DONT MISS OUT!!!! This is an ORIGINAL Pye Pressing on the blue Pye label and the Cat No is P-67.003. Any fan of Status Quo, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and NO marks!!!! The record is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s singles had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a few of the VERY lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It PLAYS STUNNINGLY with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and NO crackle!!!! There is NO groovewear either and NO distortion. The single must grade Excellent+ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The MEGA RARE top opening PSYCH picture sleeve is in STUNNING condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, only the VERY slightest corner wear, NO ringwear, NO splits, NO tears, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the back of the picture sleeve is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, and NO yellowing!!!! This is a STUNNING rare picture sleeve and must grade FULL Excellent!!!!
