STATUS QUO “MA KELLY’S GREASY SPOON”
Selling the Status Quo third studio album “Ma Kelly’s Greasy Spoon”. This sought after gem was released in 1970 and it was the first album by the band to leave behind their early psychedelic sound and begin moving towards hard rock, and the last album to feature Roy Lynes. This is a 1970 Australian pressing on the Astor label and they are not that easy to track down. The vinyl is in Very Good plus order and plays through very well. There is a very minor bit of surface wear which does not interfere with the playing of the record, sounding crisp and clean. It could nearly fit into the excellent level. The sleeve is in perfect order with the Golden sticker in place. A lovely piece for any Status Quo fan to collect and really enjoy the journey.
