ITEM: In demand Soundtrack LP - " Star Wars - Return of the Jedi ", with Carrie Fisher. Original motion picture soundtrack, conducted by John Williams. Released by RSO Records, catalog number 422-811-767. MATRIX STAMPERS ARE: 422 811767 -1- AS - HRM 1, and 422 811767 - 1 - BS - HRM 1.
COMMENTS/CONDITION: Record came from a private collection. It is not a beat up record bought at a yard sale. The record was visually graded, and was spot-checked test played. I did not play both sides from start to finish. Grading is according to Goldmine Standards. If you are not familiar with that system, please go to the Goldmine web site and read the grading details BEFORE YOU BID.
Vinyl is in VG+ condition, retaining a nice luster. a few wispy scuffs can be see that appear cosmetic. There are no warps, deep scratches, chips, cracks, or excessive groove wear. All short segments that I spot checked played well with no skips, groove lock, or harsh surface noise.
PLEASE NOTE: Sound quality and playback will vary from system to system. The above comments are included strictly as reference, and are not meant to be a statement as to the experience you may have with your equipment.
Labels in VG+ condition, with no writing, peeling edges, or stains. Center hole remains perfectly round with no signs of abusive playing.
Inner sleeve is a thin poly anti-static issue.
Gatefold cover is in VG+ condition with crisp colors and sharp graphics. There are no stickers, labels, price tags, tape, stains, writing, or tears. Minor shelf wear/scuffing is present on the corner tips and edges. Several small crease lines are visible along the perimeter, and a small 1/4 inch notch is cut into the bottom right opening edge.
The four page booklet/poster is in very good condition, with clear, sharp photos. No pin holes, tape, folded over corners, rips, or writing. Very minor signs of usage and handling are present.
Do not sleep on this one! I have listed this LP at a low price in a Fixed Rate, Buy It Now Auction. Don't let another buyer beat you to it!
