Description

A Chicago enclave in February 1957 represents Stan Getz and Chet Baker together for the first time on this Jazz LP, Stan meets Chet on Verve,MG V 8263, Clef Series, Deep Groove, Mono, 1958 Spectacular cover and on back fascinating liner notes by Nat Hentoff, along with the artists on this awesome album and the titles at bottom right.  The album sleeve in NM with just age discoloration showing on back which is to be expected on this 60 year old masterpiece.  The record has been graded VG, but plays and sounds much better.   There are just a few minor scuffs, mars and very minor scratches that did create just a bit of static on several selections
