Description
You are bidding on my copy of SS Decontrol's 1983 album Get It Away. This is NOT a reissue. I've owned this record since 1984 and have been taking care of it ever since. I'me going to grade the jacket as VG. Yes the edges are a little rounded and the upper right corner has started to come away, but that's nothing a little glue couldn't fix. The front and back covers are clean and free of any real marks or gouges. The vinyl I would rate as NM because one side is very clean with no scratches and the other side has one scratch but not a deep one. (see photos for details) I do not have a turn table to test it but I don't expect it to affect playability. Remember: this is a 30+ year old record and it got played a lot back in the 80s.
The lyric sheet is included and even though it was on a wall, I hung it with old poster putty so there's no tack holes in it. The cover art was done by Pushead and if you were into hardcore back in the 80s this album was a MUST for your collection. GOTTA STICK TOGETHER! I am pairing down my collection and since I don't have a turntable anymore, everything is up for grabs. Keep checking my auctions as I will have original vinyl (12" & 7") from Agnostic Front, JFA, Flipper, DOA, etc and some great compilations.

UPDATE: In response to a question, I borrowed a turntable and ran it into a laptop and listened with Bose noise-canceling headphones. I can say without a doubt that the album does NOT skip and I couldn't really hear the scratch at all on playback.
