Xclaim Records X3 (1983) with original 1 sided insert. Both vinyl, sleeve and insert all in very good condition as you can see from the photos. Xclaim Records are highly collectable so don't let this slip away.

I am also including an SS Decontrol flyer, no pin holes or tears, which also has Government Issue in the line up. The 1 sided flyer is 215mm wide and 280mm high. Purchased from a trusted US seller who told me Raymond Pettibon of Black Flag fame designed the flyer.
