SPOONFULL.
Toone, Evans, Baily, Cassidy.
SPOONFULL - "Troubled times" 7" Bunbury Records, UK 1978 -79? Condition EX (issued in plain white sleeve).
On offer is one of the very few known copy of the SPOONFULL 7".
Aleady mentioned in Malc MacMillan's NWOBHM New Wave of British Heavy Metal (encyclopedia, this pre SHYWOLF outfit deliver a fantastic combination of 70's Hard rock in the vein of SABBATH & FREE on the A Side's "Troubled times".
Certainly one of the heaviest recordings of it's day, and very close to US Doom legends PENTAGRAM in their early 70's incarnation.
Absolutely stunning stuff. However it must be said the B side "Country blues" is a rather weak standard pub rock number.
This will appear in the updated version of the NWOBHM encyclopedia, and as stated before, A high reserve has been placed on this exceptionally rare piece of music.
This single may be the onely known copy

Side one: DCS + 340 + A
Side Two: DCS + 340 + B
Visually the vinyl looks to be hardly played.
Play graded without fault.
This single still retains a glossy finish and real collector will realise the real rarety of this once in a lifetime chance to own this record.
