For sale here is a VERY rare LP. released in 1969 (especially in this condition) by SPOOKY TOOTH with pierre henry and called " CEREMONY " and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK STEREO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press PINK ISLAND label. THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE. THIS IS EASILY ONE OF SPOOKY TOOTH's RAREST LP'S EVER, AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE (not in this condition!!)... TRY AND GET HOLD OF ANOTHER ONE!..NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN SUPER!! CONDITION...(have a look at my photo's) THIS IS THE ORIGINAL UK 1969 STEREO 1st PRESSING ON THE 1st PRESS PINK ISLAND LABEL. 1st PRESS ILPS 9107 A //1 ILPS 9107 B//1 MATRIXES, AND 1st PRESS NON LAMINATED GATEFOLD SLEEVE ...THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE RECORD...this is the ORIGINAL PINK ISLAND UK 1st pressing from 1969 and is in SUPER!! condition!..The record is pressed on a slab of THICK black quality vinyl. The Cat no. is ILPS- 9107 on the 1st press PINK ISLAND label...(have a look at my photo's) and is a UK STEREO 1st Pressing..
Labels are the sensational pink island format in excellent++ condition!!.With the island logo below the spindle hole on both labels to confirm that this is the very first issue of this magnificent rarity. Has only 1 or 2 very minor spindle lines, to indicate that the record has possibly only had 1or 2 very careful plays!! With NO damage of any kind.NO graffiti , NO rips, NO tears, and NO sticker marks whatsoever!!! and would therefore grade as excellent++.
Vinyl
Thickly pressed heavy weight vinyl pressing with jet black mirrior like surfaces That have that just pressed look!!. A magnificent vintage classic . Against a strong halogen light and angled at 45 degrees, There are NO surface marks,NO scratches or blemishes at all!! NO tiny faint wispy lines are visible whatsoever!!.A stunning visual and impossible to locate in this condition!!!.Would therefore grade as near as mint!!
Sleeve
First issue non laminated gatefold sleeve is Showing some signs of storage wear at the edges and corners, with some major creasing to the bottom left hand corner (see pictures) The sleeve has NO rips, NO tears, NO graffitti or stickers whatsoever!!!.The sleeve is in very good condition!!! and a Fantastic collectors item. The wide Spine is perfectly straight and only partly legible due to some heavy rubbing. This is still a fine example of this sensational island classic.
