Description
On offer is a genuinely rare and highly collectable original 1972 UK Stereo LP titled - SPINNING JENNY, by the group of the same name.
Label: MIDAS Recordings. (Red/Silver label) - (Manufactured by Folk Heritage Recordings)
Cat No: MR 004. (Matrix S MR 004 A1/B1)
The record shows the occasional light scratch (None feelable) under bright light and what looks like faint paper scuffs associated with not being carefully taken out of the sleeve. It would grade on visual inspection around Very Good - Very Good +. (VG - VG+) However it plays through perfectly (No unwanted hiss or crackle) without any issues and the crystal clear playback is Excellent!
The records comes with the original plain inner sleeve.
The front laminated cardboard sleeve has some very minor, small hairline lamination creases at the spine and edges. Some light creases are also present in the lamination on the front. These are only seen under close inspection. There are also some age / storage / handling marks on the rear that is more noticeable due to it being mainly white in colour. This is more evident at the top of the sleeve, which makes me think it is more associated with handling. These in no way spoil the overall effect of this iconic sleeve. The pinched spine is still readable and overall it is not far short of Excellent condition. (EX-)
