DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: Absolutely Superb!..I've never seen a Sleeve of this LP in such great condition...no wear to edges or corners..laminate nice and tight...rear lovely and clean..spine lettering sharp and clear....Just Lovely!: EX+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: a couple of fine 'hairlines. otherwise looks unplayed and plays beautifully with no pops or clicks: EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
