Pre-war guitar playing blues singer. Little is written about Spark Plug Smith. Reportedly got his name after a race horse. Recorded a number of tunes in early 1933. 10 were issued. This record contains 2 of them.
Record has a few light scuffs and scratches. Does have a tight hair crack which extends from the edge about halfway through the playing area. This crack is taped and stable, but produces a light audible click upon play. Labels have some light wear ( see pics). Record plays V+, looks V. No major scratches plays well.
