Cover is SEALED!!, NO cut corners or wear! Near MINT!!! There is two long wrinkles across left bottom corner. Mainly shows in front.
Vinyl is SEALED!!, Possibly a White Label PROMO or DJ stamped!!, if they made them? Most were from this collection!

The COLLECTION is probably from a BLACK RADIO distributor. Most are PROMO's!! Strong numbers of certain labels. Few Motown.
R&B, SOUL, FUNK, BLUES, JAZZ, COMEDY, GOSPEL and related items!!! Other than the SOUL and R&B, they were played likely once or twice!!
