T-REX
"Hot Love"
FRANCE - CBS - 1971
rare 45t original pressage français avant première ref. 7113 - face B: Woodland rock - pas de pochette illustrée - les labels ont été scotchés sur la pochette blanche (la deuxième photo est celle du rond central) / Unique french test pressing of Hot Love - some special labels were printed but not stuck on the record - they were then taped to the white sleeve (first pic) - the second pic is the one of the actual record with CBS, the number + A and B for each respective side and an incomplete stamped date on the A side (it reads 18th of march, the year is unreadable) - unstuck paper label have the CBS "one eye with two 'paw'" logo, the avant premiere mention (means advance copy) handwritten ref. number on the left (7113) - on the other side of the big hole is written T.REX and on the bottom part, below the hole, the tracks title and (Marc Bolan) below the track title.
labels are a bit dirty and used, there is a red marker patch on the right side of the A label, just below the T.REX mention
B side of the record is really clean, A side has two visible scuffs, you can feel them with your finger
certainly a one-off!
