Description
1971 Liberation Records 71-1025, Soulistics - "Jones 'N" b/w "Cotton-Eyed Jo" original 45. Record has a lot of scratches on both sides, with a particularly deeper one through the first half of side one which can be seen in the first picture. A liquid of some kind was apparently spilled on the record and has left a dull residue on the beginning of each side affecting about 1/4 to 1/3 of the beginning of each song. As the needle passes through these areas there is distracting surface noise. As the songs progress this dissipates. Even so, there is still a lot of surface noise anyway. Visual grade and play grade of g. The record plays through on my turntable without skipping or repeating. Labels show wear.
