First off,I am not a record grader in the sense that the widely accepted view of letter grading vinyl to me has much room for gaps in assessment.I always try to give as much info as I can,so the perspective buyer can make a comfortable judgment  Grading records or anything for that matter is subjective ,and opinions can and do vary.

*****MP3 & TURNTABLE STATEMENT*****
I tend to be on the very conservative side  about grading (sometimes to the point of "over grading") as I feel its the prudent & diligent  thing,as you are not here making the visual call on the record.I have included an MP3 sample so you can make a judgment on the records playing quality.PLEASE use this mp3 to make your assessment  of the sound. That's why I have it embedded. If you have questions on the sound,or anything else pertaining to the record, email me and I will go over it more, but please don't ignore the tool I have placed to help make the decision, that's what its there for.We all know records can look one way and play another. Please note,I will only vouch for my turntables performance, for as we all know, turntable performance varies from one to another.

Clydie King audition 45 rpm- Imperial 66172.He Always Comes Back To Me b/w Soft And Gentle Ways.As to condition.Lets go over it.First the vinyl.Overall, the vinyl looks pretty good, with the following observations. The Soft And Gentle side has some light surface scratches.Nothing deep that I see and mostly short ones. There is a scuff mark, about half way in.Its light and kinda blends in.These are the type of scratches that in my view are superficial in nature, and only really show up in strong light on close inspection. The A side He Always Comes Back To Me is pretty clean.I only see the arguable  hint of maybe one or two, hardly worth a mention. The only matrix on it is an x.Now,onto the label. The label has some wear on it,but nothing too out of line. Its marked up on both sides with felt pen, along with some other marks as you see in the picture. There is some, what looks to be glue bleed in the paper in some areas. The scan shows the label pretty well, but the color is a bit off from what it is in person. The left side audition record  area of the label,is a lime green. The main part of the label is sort of an eggshell white.I have an embedded mp3 of both sides ,so you can listen and judge the quality of the recording as it came off my turntable. For me,it played well, with maybe the exception of it sounding a little compressed.I have listened to other recordings of this 45,and in my opinion,it sounds similar.
Any questions, please ask BEFORE bidding.I really cannot stress that enough. That's what I am here for.Thanks.

Update: I mentioned in the listing body  that the He Always Comes Back To me side had one or two light scratches.Thats true enough on them being light.,though on another inspection,I noticed a couple more light ones on that side which was an oversight on my first inspection..So a few  more short ones  then two to be clear.
