You're bidding on a Original 1st 12" LP Pressing of the Album SONNY STITT / Bud Powell / J.J. Johnson issued
by Prestige Records PRLP 7024 in 1956. This Record is a compilation from 2 10" LP's titled: Sonny Stitt and Bud
Powell- Sonny Stitt and Bud Powell Quartet and Bennie Green, J.J. Johnson with Sonny Stitt- Modern Jazz
Trombones Volume Two. The Album has deep groove labels with the address: 446 W. 50th St. N.Y.C. The run-out
groove has RVG etched and the letters AB machine stamped on both sides. The Record is in VG+ condition with
No scratches and just some light surface lines and marks that do not effect the sound. It plays beautifully with a
tiny bit of crackle for a few seconds and maybe 2 or 3 pops. The Cover is VG+ with no splits but has 2 rub marks
in the open corners, light dirt and staining on the back cover and the words FOX 6 written in pen in the lower right
back cover.
