SONNY STITT 'ONLY THE BLUES' LP  VERVE RECORDS MONO MG V 8250  * * *   ORIGINAL US MONO PRESSING of this classic 1957 jazz record. Sonny Stitt and Roy eldridge's first time recording together!    With black and silver DEEP GROOVE Trumpeter labels. Featuring Oscar Peterson,  Herb Ellis, Ray Brown, and Stan Levey.     This record has been cleaned on a professional VPI machine.  * * * VINYL: NM (Immaculate,lustrous vinyl looks great w/ hardly any flaws to speak of! Minimal paper scuffing.. .. Pristine!)
LABELS:VG++ (No significant wear on DEEP GROOVE Trumpeter labels. COVER: VG++ (Nice thick vintage jacket looks great w/ only minimal wear. Pen marks on both front and back cover - very small. Stamp marks on back. Some wear near opening, some VERY light ring wear. Some VERY light discoloration. NOTHING UNSIGHTLY! All corners firm w/ only very slight hints of 'bumping'. No seam splitting, near perfect 100% legible spine. These flaws are all insignificant - the jacket looks excellent. )   * * * LOW STARTING BID! GREAT COPY! NO RESERVE!
