LP Condition: VG+.

Sleeve Condition: EX.

There were some questions previously about this item that I will address now. Visually, the LP is beautiful. I would rate it EX. When played there is a part on track one that lasts about a minute that sounds a little rough. It doesn't skip but does affect the sound. Other than this the rest of the LP plays fine. This is the reason for the LP rating of VG+. Your satisfaction is guarenteed.
