Welcome To Subterranean Records

As some of you may know, after 17+ years of doing business in New York City we were forced to close our retail shop on February 1st, 2008. Due to insane increases in rents in our area we decided not to re-open but rather sell the remaining stock from our shop here on eBay's pages. There will be some exceptionally rare items from both our shop and my own personal collection.

Item: Beautiful original VG++ vinyl LP of "Saxophone Colossus". This is a deep groove RVG press with RVG-c and one side and RVG-E on the other in the run off groove. The vinyl is just gorgeous with all the gloss of a new LP, with a couple of very minor light superficial blemishes. The labels too are beautiful, with minimal spindle marks. The LP comes in the original wax paper innersleeve. The laminated cover is lovely as well with no writing, no seam splitting or spine wear. No ring wear either, just some light shelf wear. One previous owner who took extreme care with his possessions, this being no exception. The bottom right of the back cover has the "Printed and Packaged by G E M Albums, Inc., N.Y. It's rare that you find one in this state.

Payment: We accept Paypal, checks and money orders as well as bank transfers. We reserve the right to refuse a sale to any buyer we feel might be a risk. International Paypal buyers must have a feedback rating of 25 or more, all of which must be positive.

Shipping: All US buyers will be provided with a tracking number. Insurance is optional, though we do recommend it as we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items. International buyers may be required to add $11.00 for the registration for any LP over $100 depending on your eBay status
