DESCRIPTION Artist: Sonny Rollins  Title: Sonny Rollins Vol. 2 Year: 1959 Label: Blue Note Catalog #: BLP 1558 Repress, Mono
Address on labels is 47west 63rd NYC (with no Inc and no ® under the E of Note on label) Deep grooved labels, both sides. Beaded rim, not flat. Blank spine. RVG initials stamped in dead wax of side 1 + 9M, and RVG stamped in dead wax of side 2. The Plastylite 'P' a.k.a. "ear" in dead wax of both sides. Thick cardboard and laminated cover. BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 47 West 63rd St., New York 23 address on back-cover.
This version has certainly been published between May 1959 and April 1960. On this time, Blue Note used the address on the back cover with Inc.
Record visually graded only.  Please remember that vintage vinyl may show signs of age and use.  Minor surface noise, sleeve wear, or imperfections may be present. Vinyl Condition: G record has scratches (cannot play to test how it affects sound) Sleeve Condition:  G  handwriting on the back, black marker dots on front,  edge wear and seam split on top These deflects are why the price is far lower than the typical $500-$600 price tag this album usually fetches.
