RECORD

1st rare original 1959 US mono pressing with Deep Groove on both super clean labels

Wearless spindle hole

Matrix / runout (Side A)  : FR 9002-2 engraved by hand

Matrix / runout (Side B) : FR 9003-2 engraved by hand

This thick and very heavy vinyl retains its nice original sheen and looks carefully played few times 

Visual grade

Side A: NEAR MINT 

The playing surface shows few, extremely light, faint, hardly visible under a strong bulb lamp and unfeelable sleeve hairlines. With NO scuffs, NO marks, NO scratches, NO groove wear

Side B: EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT-

The playing surface shows very few (3 or 4) pin-pointed needle marks on the first track and some, extremely light, thin, hardly visible under a strong bulb lamp, unfeelable sleeve hairlines. NO other flaws !

Audio grade

Side A: VERY VERY CLOSE to MINT

Plays great with NO blemishes of any kind! With NO tics, NO clicks, NO skips, NO surface or background noise

Side B

1st track: EXCELLENT

Graded as such because of 3 tics feelable during the bone solo and a short episode of, more or less feelable, background rustlin' during the bass solo. Both above blemishes caused by the flaw noted during my visual inspection

2nd / 3rd / 4th tracks: CLOSE to MINT

Play very well with NO noticeable blemishes of any kind!  With NO tics, NO clicks, NO skips, NO surface or background noise

Cleaned with CLEAR AUDIO VACUUM MATRIX using its PURE GROOVE professional solution

COVER : NEAR MINT / EXCELLENT  

1st original solid glossy non laminated framed rear jacket in nice condition

The front side retains its striking original shape and is graded as such (NM) because of:

one neatly repaired split (2") to the bottom seam

insignificant, hardly noticeable hints of extremely light shelf wear, not affecting the beauty of the artwork whatsoever

Tight edges

 Sharp corners

Top seam and spine: INTACT with NO wear

With NO ring-wear, NO dog-eared corners, NO tears, NO stamps, NO holes, NO stains

Wearless back side, graded as such (EX) because of several "red" pencil writings, not affecting the integrity of the graphics (see pic)
