This is the "RVG” etched, Deep Groove, Mono, P-pressing of SONNY CLARK “Sonny’s Crib” on the Deep Groove "47 West 63rd New York 23” labels of Blue Note BLP 1576.
VINYL plays with consistent light to medium level surface noise, with pops and ticks, some repeating. But through the noise, ensemble sections are dynamic, punchy and clear. No Skips. No locked grooves. No distortion. Weak gloss. Very many hairline marks, some long, a handful feelable. The "47 West 63rd New York 23” labels are generally clean with spindle marks, some wear. See photos.
STEREO COVER is in very good shape, SPINE AND SEAMS SOLID. Cutout notch in upper right hand corner. Some ringwear on lower cover. Corners worn. Back jacket is clean. Please see photos.
