SON OF DAVID Larry McHugh RARE XIAN Private Press LP Psyche Folk Rock

This is a very rare, private pressing from 1978. A very cool, collectible example of psyche folk rock from the 70s.

I have personally played both sides all the way through on a good turntable and every track plays without any skips or repeats.
Record: Visible light surface scratches, wear marks. but every track plays with no skips or repeats. Minimal audible clicking. Label is clean with no writing, stickers, or other issues. I have not cleaned the disk because I don't want to take a chance of causing any further damage.
Sleeve: Clean with no writing, no stickers, or labels. Slight tan coloration from age. Tear in top edge approximately 2-1/4" long (shown in picture). Minor bend on one corner.
Inner Sleeve: wrinkled and creased with slight tan tint from age. No tears or splits, no writing, no stickers or labels.
