LABELS CONDITION: NEAR MINT CONDITION.

RECORD CONDITION: RECORD HAS A NICE SHINE. A FEW VERY FAINT SCUFF MARKS BUT NOTHING THAT SHOULD AFFECT PLAY. OVERALL, A STRONG VG+ TO ALMOST NEAR MINT CONDITION (A MILD CLEANING WILL PROBABLY BRING THIS CLOSER TO NEAR MINT).
