Description

Original 1969 US pressing of Volume Two by The Soft Machine, on the psychedelic ABC Probe label (CPLP-4500). This is the uncensored edition with the rare interactive spinner “gear” cover, fully intact and functioning.

  • Vinyl: G+ — Glossy but shows consistent surface wear on both sides.

  • Cover: VG — Moderate ring and edge wear, and seam splitting in two spots. Spinner mechanism fully present and intact. Still very display-worthy.

  • Includes original ABC Probe label and gatefold art.

A cornerstone of British psychedelic and progressive rock, with Robert Wyatt, Mike Ratledge, and Hugh Hopper delivering a wildly creative and experimental follow-up to their debut.
