Hey, did you know that Billy Corgan was in a band before Zwan? They were called Smashing Pumpkins and they put out a few albums in the 1990's. I have one of them which I wish to get rid of:
Up for bid is a MARBLED MAROON PRESSING of the 1993 double LP "Siamese Dream" IN GREAT CONDITION As others sellers have listed, this maroon color is almost bordering on purple. Is this the first pressing? I don't know, you tell me. The matrix says 1740-1 (A,B,C & D based on the side)
the spine says Carol 1740 0170 4 61740 5 if that's any help.
The jacket has two very slight dings: one in the upper right hand corner and another slightly below that. Nothing terrible. As for the records, I may have spun them once or twice at a college party in hopes of impressing the ladies. But life's a bummer, I didn't receive any "Hummers". I think I quickly taped the records so as not to damage the vinyl.
I was a maniacal record collector in the 80s and '90s and kept everything organized and in awesome condition. But now I am selling off my collection. My loss is your gain. This one is going up with a low starting price, no reserve and super-low shipping. No international bidders. Good God, you Europeans make my life miserable. US only!
