I won't sell something i would't want to keep my self. surface marks= superficial,usually light marks,hair lines or light scuffs that rarly sound. A scratch= is a needle mark that gos below the records surface.Distortion= break totally sure. Surface Sound= mild light sound, usually light crackle or simular. Distortion= break up by actual sound caused by grove wear. Original= a record that has been pressed with the first label design which does not neccessarily mean very 1st pressing. For those of u who claim to know what they all mean I'll always give matrix the information there for the collector to deside.NM= Record is like new, probably played a few time's, has a great quality of sound.NM- just under NM record in great shape, may have very few light mark's, almost - in surface noise,cover may have little bend or crackle in lamminate.All vinyl's are viewed under 100 watt lamp if i see something i'll play for complete honesty or want to here it. I mostly don't ship on saturday's or monday's.
