SMALL FACES - SMALL FACES
This is a GERMAN release on the Columbia/EMI label. It is in STEREO.
When I spent some time with Steve Marriott in the mid-70s he insisted that this album - and the ones after it - were recorded in stereo. I know there's a fashion to get the mono versions, but I'll go by what the guy who made the music said.
I bought this about 1970 - it was an import copy and I cannot remember why I got this rather than a UK Immediate copy. Maybe they were out of print by then. I bought every Small Faces album there was and they are a mix of UK and German versions.
The album is exactly the same as the UK version. It is a FIRST PRESSING.

The album looks BRAND NEW. The cover is in perfect condition and the record looks like it has never been played.
I had an excellent stereo system with the most expensive Shure cartridge available. The record was only played once a day so the vinyl grooves could regain their proper shape. The disc was only handled on the edges and was cleaned with a DiscPreener before each play. The vinyl is in flawless condition. It looks brand new.
The vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition with no scratches or marks. It is absolutely flawless. There are no spindle marks and the label is perfect.
The laminated cover is in EXCELLENT condition with no bends, marks or tears. The front edge is absolutely straight - no finger marks from taking out the album. The lamination is PERFECT - no yellowing, cracking or delamination.
Once again, this record looks absolutely new.
