My grading system is very strict. Under bright light the record does have nice &  fresh sheen - looks like it was played 4-5 times - always with great care. Frankly speaking there is nothing on surface except maybe a dozen of faintest hairlines and maybe 5-6 more visible (transparent) ones - it's really close to Near Mint. No spindle marks on labels; but there are 2 small scuffs on each of them (see scans). Original factory sleeve is in very good condition. It's really nice & also very rare, promotional copy of great pop-psych single!

I got this precious item from Polish Radio Archive - were it was hidden for last 40 years.
