Description
This is a fine original U.S. pressing copy of the third LP by Sly & the Family Stone, released in 1968. Though it lacks a hit single Stateside -- both sides of the single "Life"/"M'Lady" went into the top 40 in Britain -- this LP is more consistent than the group's prior LP. Highlights include "Fun" and the two aforementioned tracks. The jacket has a few long creases on the front cover, and is otherwise close to M- with light staining on the back cover and light seam wear -- EX(-). The disc is clean with a little light scraping and scuffing, and plays with occasional light surface noise -- EX(+). The record comes with the original label inner sleeve.
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
