SKID ROW S/T (Skid) U.K. Press CBS 63965 Sunburst Label A1/B1 EX

CBS Records UK, catalog number 63965, the debut from the very young Gary Moore, Noel Bridgeman and “Brush” Sheils, Skid Row. Tracks on this record are identical to those on the first LP Skid, though the cover (from another 1970 Skid Row release, apparently) lists five tracks from Skid and four more tracks taken from singles, I believe. The sunburst label is different than the red label on the original pressing of Skid but the catalog number is the same! It seems most of the LPs with this cover have in fact got the Skid LP inside. Weird. Experts with definitive info are invited to wise me up. Anyhow, this one’s lovely: cover is EX, almost no wear at all, no ringwear, no edge wear. Vinyl also EX, unmarked, A1/B1 matric numbers, hardly a whisper of surface noise, very nice indeed. Cleaned on the VPI. Bid with confidence. Thanks, have fun and good luck.
