FROM MY OWN SHELVES: AN INCREASINGLY HARD TO FIND AND RARE ABSOLUTE MONSTER OF A SKA SINGLE IN VERY GOOD / PLUS CONDITION. HUGELY RARE ORIGINAL SKA DOUBLE SIDER.
THIS UK PRESSING IS RARELY SEEN ON EBAY AS ITS USUALLY THE POORER QUALITY Ja PRESSINGS.
FABULOUS SKA ORIGINAL from my own collection. Super SKA SINGLE from LEE PERRY 'PRINCE IN THE BACK' / 'DONT COPY' was released on the COLLECTABLE UK R&B RECORDS label in 1963.
AS IF THIS SINGLE WASNT HARD ENOUGH TO FIND THIS IS THE UBER RARE 1ST PRESS THREE PRONG PUSH OUT CENTRE VERSION WITH INTACT CENTRE. THIS IS MUCH HARDER TO FIND THAN THE SOLID CENTRE VERSION.
It has survived with LIGHTWEIGHT BUT NOTICABLE surface scuffing (see pics) (not greatly affecting sound). There is some lightweight crackle in quieter passages/run in but NO SKIPS OR JUMPS.
The LABELS are VERY GOOD PLUS and have NO Writing, Stickers or Tears (see pics for exact condition)
The SINGLE PLAYGRADES INBETWEEN VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) AND VERY GOOD (VG) condition.
It is supplied in a plain white sleeve and a poly sleeve for extra protection.
This record rarely comes up for sale on Ebay. I grade strictly to the Rare Record Grading System and include a definition of grading below:

The record has obviously been played many times, but apart from light background noise displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite some surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is perfectly acceptable
