Description
SKA BEAT RECORDS CATALOGUE JAN 1966 VERY RARE!
Many years ago I was fortunate enough to pick up a small stash of original 1960s record label catalogues that had been obtained directly from the labels at the time, amongst them were a small number of duplicates, I have kept these aside for many years in the hope that I might be able to trade them for different editions I didn’t already have, BUT in over a decade I haven’t found a single example that I don’t have to either purchase or trade for so the time has come to offer them for sale instead. Details of this one as follows;
SKA BEAT RECORDS CATALOGUE JANUARY 1966
Ska Beat Records JB101 – JB 229, Ska Beat Records LP series JBL 1111 to JBL 1112, National Calypso NC 2000 to NC 2001, Port O Jam Records PJ 4000 to PJ 4119 (Bizarrely the catalogue only lists these two releases, presumably the rest of the labels output was already deleted by Jan 1966), Caribou Records CRC 3 (Again presumably the labels other releases were deleted by Jan 1966). 12 pages in total.
Condition is generally very nice, crisp and clean as new other than a tiny piece missing (Visible on the bottom left hand corner of the front cover in the scan). Would grade EX+, but due to slight damage graded EX-, you could wait an age for another one let alone a better one as this is the first one I have ever seen on eBay and thus this item needs serious consideration when deciding your bid, miss out and you will probably not get another chance!
I will be pleased to answer any questions you have concerning this item e-mail philetgart@tinyworld.co.uk
