PHILIPS 6623 046 - Germany

Original issue of the double live album by German progressive group SIXTY NINE, released by Philips in 1974.
SIXTY NINE was a keyboards-drums duo in the same style as HARDIN-YORK.

COVER - Laminated gatefold cover in very nice condition, with minimal age wear and titles on the seam perfectly legible.
The only defect is that both top seams have a split repaired from the inside and the glue has left a small stain on the front cover (see pictures below). Graded EX.

INNERS - Standard white inners with centre hole.

VINYLS - Both are clean and shiny, with just some scuffs caused by the inner sleeves, and play very well with minimal background noise. Graded EX.
Record playgraded using a Shure V15-Type III stylus at 1.5gr.

LABELS - Original blue/silver Philips labels in perfect condition with no tears or writings.

RECORD COLLECTOR MAGAZINE'S GRADING SYSTEM

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packag­ing might have slight wear and/or creasing. 

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable sur­face marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. 

GOOD:The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc. 

FAIR:The record is still just playable but has not been cared for prop­erly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR:The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing. 

Please notice that I don't use Mint but NEAR MINT (which is very close but refers to a secondhand used record) except for Sealed/Brand New/Unplayed records, and I don't sell Poor or unplayable records. I try to be as honest as possible when grading records, but a mistake can be made from time to time.

Edizione originale del doppio album live del gruppo prog tedesco SIXTY NINE, un duo con tastiere e batteria nello stile degli inglesi HARDIN & YORK, il loro secondo disco pubblicato dalla Philips nel 1974.

COPERTINA - La copertina laminata ha minimi segni di usura, con i titoli sul lato sinistro perfettamente leggibili.
L'unico difetto della copertina sono delle riparazioni eseguite piuttosto bene dall'interno sui due lati superiori, che hanno però lasciato una piccola macchia di colla sul lato anteriore della copertina (visibile nelle foto qui sotto).
Condizioni EX.

BUSTE INTERNE - Buste interne standard bianche con foro centrale.

VINILI - Entrambi i dischi sono puliti e lucidi, con solo qualche segno dovuto allo sfregamento delle buste interne, e suonano molto bene con rumore di fondo limitato. Valutazione EX.
Disco ascoltato con una testina Shure V15-Type III del peso di 1.5gr.
