Signed on the front cover: "in appreciation to you Richard Frank Proffitt"
The real surprise is that Frank Proffitt has revised the lyrics printed in the insert and signed off:
"Correction sheets are to be sent out on songs text. The mis wordings was of Folkways and not the editing.
F.P."
Vinyl is in VG+ condition. It has faint surface marks but still sounds good. The cardboard sleeve is VG with a fair amount of edge wear and corner wear, and it is splitting along the bottom (though not falling apart). Insert is a strong VG+ with some light creasing and discoloration.
