CHECK OUT MY OTHER RECORDS CAR MAGAZINES, ETC ALSO FOR SALE :)
Pick-up is fine from Burwood (Melbourne). All payments must be made within 5 days of notification of invoiced amount. Cheers!
All records purchased from Brashs in 1984 to coincide with Elton’s record breaking run of 20 concerts Australia wide. Famously on this tour Elton married Renata Blauel on Valentines Day Feb 14 1984 at St Mark’s Darling Point, Sydney.
From the research I have conducted, these records were likely signed (in one sitting) around the time of one of the Melbourne based concerts in 1984 (Entertainment Centre back then). It makes sense as of the four signed records I have, the last in chronological order is Too Low for Zero which came out in 1983. The tour itself was called the "Too Low for Zero tour of Australia”.
Signatures are: Elton John , Bernie Taupin , Nigel Olsson (Drums - left end of ’84 but playing on Elton's farewell tour) , Dee Murray (Bass - 1980 - ’84) and Davey Johnstone (Guitar - 1982 to present)
I have four signed records - Madness across the Water , A Sing Man , Jump Up and lastly Too Low for Zero.
This sale is for "Jump Up!" ONLY. The other three are listed seperately.
Money back guarantee is you are not happy with the item. All are signed in pen (pre sharpie era). These do not have COAs as no-one did that back then. I have sold one previously to an Elton collector who was 100% confident of its authenticity. Buy with confidence as I have been selling on eBay since 1998 and have 100% pos feedback.
Any questions - please ask :)
